Sourcing suppliers (Products & Services).

1. Sending enquiries to suppliers.
2. Preparing comparative statements and taking approvals.
3. Carrying out negotiations with approved suppliers.
4. Getting purchase orders prepared and released.
5. Coordinating the updating of specifications, technical details, and terms & conditions.
6. Ensuring timely deliveries and quality of goods and services.
7. Following up and ensuring prompt documentation and payments.
8. Performing an active role in material planning.
9. Performing any other duty as assigned by the seniors.
