Job summary

ASG Developers in Lahore is seeking an Assistant Manager Sales to support property sales, guide buyers, and deliver a consistent customer experience in the local market.

Based in Lahore and on site, you will coordinate enquiries, manage leads and pipelines, and help meet sales targets while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and follow-through throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication, persuasive presentation, and confident client-interaction skills.
• Ability to identify client requirements, explain property options, and follow up consistently through the sales cycle.
• Understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, target tracking, and basic performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales operations and help coordinate property enquiries, follow-ups, and client meetings.
• Understand available properties and communicate relevant features, pricing information, and transaction steps accurately.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients.
• Assist with sales targets, lead tracking, pipeline updates, and regular performance reporting.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues and relevant property stakeholders to progress client requirements and documentation.
• Monitor local property-market activity and share useful observations to support sales planning.
• Help resolve client concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-through throughout the sales process.
