Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking a results-driven business development leader in Lahore to identify partnership opportunities and build strong relationships that drive growth. You will guide a team, set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely execution of strategy in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of BD or real estate experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to translate plans into measurable outcomes for company expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of BD experience or real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandated knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
• Assign PU targets to managers in consultation of Director.
• Mandate PU target, revenue target and team targets.
• Check attendance and locations of team on daily basis.
• Ensure team reach assigned location on time.
• Make surprise visits to locations for proper check and balance.
• Mandate Revenue target of his or her team.
• Check KPIs of his team on daily basis.
• Mandate all soft KPIs (Talking time, meeting) of his team are being met.
