Job description

1. Will get the ISO from sales dept. and prepare the material demand accordingly.
2. Will generate the material demand.
3. Will prepare the production plan on daily & weekly basis according to available materials & orders & get its approval from authority.
4. Will monitor the production as per given plan.
5. Will prepare the daily production report.
6. Will prepare the daily waste report.
7. Will point out the major causes and/or reasons of waste to make it down.
8. Will prepare weekly maintenance schedule of machinery.
9. Will liaison with dispatcher to make dispatch accordingly as per promised dates.
10. Will make neat and clean the production area.
11. Will maintain the quite & calm environment in production area.
12. Will prepare the monthly reports of ISOs, production & wastage etc.
13. Will prepare the overtime sheet accordingly.
14. Will coordinate with suppliers to get our material on or before time.
15. Will maintain discipline in production area by all means.
16. Will be transparent in each & every act and will not hide anything from higher management.

Any other possible or additional clause may be added as per future requirement.
