Utopia Industries is seeking an Assistant Manager – Production (Cutting) to lead daily cutting operations for knit and woven garments at SITE-1A (D-12) - ALHADI. This role emphasizes achieving targets while maintaining quality and timely output.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of garment manufacturing experience, with strong skills in cutting, fabric utilization, spreading and marker efficiency, and proven leadership and planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of garment manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of cutting, fabric utilization, spreading and marker efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cutting operations for knit & woven garments.
• Achieve cutting targets with quality, accuracy and timely production.
• Optimize fabric utilization and marker efficiency to minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with Planning, CAD, Warehouse, Quality and Sewing teams.
• Monitor manpower productivity, workflow and cutting quality.
• Prepare cutting reports and drive efficiency improvements.
