Job summary

Mashreq Careers is seeking an experienced professional to support the External Asset Management (EAM) coverage desk and Mashreq Private Banking clients onboarded via EAMs. The role focuses on onboarding documentation, KYC, and ongoing maintenance while delivering high-quality client service.

You will prepare MIS and key reports, drive automation with BIU, and collaborate with RMs and Operations. Ideal candidates have a 5+ year background in reporting/analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills,

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (finance preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint including Macros, SQL, PowerBI and Business Objects.
• Banking/service industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a pleasant personality.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Onboard EAMs and manage documentation, KYC, agreements and ongoing maintenance for External Asset Management.
• Support Mashreq Private Banking clients onboarded via EAMs with personalized and standardized service.
• Promote campaigns to private banking clients through outbound calls while maintaining controls.
• Prepare monthly input files for Performance Scorecard across Frontline profiles.
• Streamline and automate key reports with BIU and review reports regularly to identify gaps.

Job description

Job Purpose

• Support the EAM (External Asset Management) RMs and Head of EAM coverage desk with onboarding process of EAMs and complete documentation, KYC, agreements and ongoing maintenance
• Support the portfolio of Mashreq Private Banking clients onboarded through EAMs with personalized and standardized service.
• Support the EAM RMs with outbound calling exercise in promoting (non-investment related) campaigns to existing private banking clients through client calls.
• Provide superior customer service promptly & effectively within acceptable TATs & without compromising on controls.
• Prepare monthly Input Files for Performance Scorecard across profiles in Frontline.
• Streamline and work on automation of key reports with BIU
• Regularly review reports on an ongoing basis and identify gaps if any and remediate.
• Work with Operations on upload files for Portfolio changes
• Preparing MIS and key reports as required by business time to time.
• Tracking Growth /De-growth from Swing reports and engaging with RMs on reasons of change on a weekly basis.
• Strict Adherence to Polices and SOP laid down by Business.
• Share ad hoc BIU reports to Stakeholders.
• Adherence to Private Banking policies/ procedures & SOPs / ADMs / Governance KPIs
• Ensure satisfactory audit outcomes.
• Work closely and effectively with other internal customers / stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Graduate in any stream (finance preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint including Macros, SQL, PowerBI and Business Objects
• Experience in banking / service industry will be preferred
• Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills with pleasant personality
