Head of Marketing at Eighteen
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and others.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with real estate sales objectives.
- Fetch leads, route them to the call center, and ensure timely follow-up with the sales team for conversion.
- Oversee and optimize SEO strategy and execution.
- Manage all official social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and content by researching industry trends.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and performance analytics.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, impressions, conversion rate, and make data-driven recommendations and evaluate campaigns.
- Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets efficiently with a focus on cost per lead and conversion quality.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and campaign-to-close tracking is effectively aligned.
- Collaborate with CRM/digital teams to ensure performance campaigns are integrated with remarketing, email journeys, and automation flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within real estate, property tech, or high-value services.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and performance dashboard tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and practices (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Yoast, Screaming Frog).
- Proven ability to manage SEO strategy, perform audits, and implement technical and content fixes.
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, conversion pixels, funnel strategy, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in Excel, Data Studio, and basic marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, performance KPIs, and optimization cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and digital platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
