Job description

1. To act in accordance with Internal Audit Manual & prepare cost sheets of different products.
2. To conduct audit fieldwork at different locations as required for each of the planned audits & review monthly stock valuation summary.
3. To compile the observations & findings noted during the course of audit.
4. To calculate monthly overhead rate with consistency of financial statement.
5. Focuses on high-risk aspects of the audit.
6. To rectify & verify rates in stock valuation summary.
7. Evaluates the impact of changing environment on the plan and recommends changes to the plan where appropriate.
8. Ensure accuracy and appropriate timing of audit report prior to manager review.
9. To calculate wages, material overhead cost, and other operating budgets and profit & loss calculations.
10. To obtain all relevant data from production for costing of different products.
11. To review monthly stock valuation summary.
12. ISO 9001-2000 standard familiarity.
