Job description

Responsibilities
  • Assist head in multiple software development projects.
  • Participate in software development in implementation of data life cycle, core design with strict security measures.
  • Participate in CRM & ERP software development life cycle.
  • Develop presentation & reports on hardware, software, and tasks in hand.
  • Develop training material for bridging technology gap between upscale online software and implementers.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP).
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
  • Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
  • Manage information system personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate, and administer computer, software, network, and information systems.
  • Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
  • Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
