Responsibilities
- Take a marketing product concept and communicate it, either graphically or in written format, with the right messages to a specific audience.
- Responsible for the creation of high quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint and other tools for management.
- Development of project profiles and corporate resumes capability statement and ensure timely updates.
- Assist with copy writing, editing, and proofreading all internal and external marketing material including newsletters.
- Assist in organizing company events.
- Meet with appropriate sales or marketing representatives internal & external to discuss communication needs or participate as a member of the sales and marketing team.
- May develop and coordinate multimedia packages, letters, brochures, video point of purchase displays for particular assignments.
- Develop direct mail programs, as dictated by the assignment, and monitor roll-out of the campaigns.
- Coordinate communications projects with vendors for the development and production of educational event promotional materials, website production, and other collateral.
- Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches for developing and building relationships with other prospective business partners and networks where appropriate.
