Responsibilities
  1. Take a marketing product concept and communicate it, either graphically or in written format, with the right messages to a specific audience.
  2. Responsible for the creation of high quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint and other tools for management.
  3. Development of project profiles and corporate resumes capability statement and ensure timely updates.
  4. Assist with copy writing, editing, and proofreading all internal and external marketing material including newsletters.
  5. Assist in organizing company events.
  6. Meet with appropriate sales or marketing representatives internal & external to discuss communication needs or participate as a member of the sales and marketing team.
  7. May develop and coordinate multimedia packages, letters, brochures, video point of purchase displays for particular assignments.
  8. Develop direct mail programs, as dictated by the assignment, and monitor roll-out of the campaigns.
  9. Coordinate communications projects with vendors for the development and production of educational event promotional materials, website production, and other collateral.
  10. Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  11. Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches for developing and building relationships with other prospective business partners and networks where appropriate.
