Qualifications

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Knowledge of REST APIs & Webhooks.
• Understanding of contact center technologies such as Genesys or Five9.
• Experience in CRM and SaaS integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and requirement gathering with clients.

• Build and manage technical implementation plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and customer success teams.
• Handle client meetings, project updates, escalations, and follow-ups professionally.
• Support AI, API, cloud, and enterprise system integration.
• Track risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate post-go-live support and issue resolution.
