Job summary

Hul Hub Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh, is seeking an Assistant Manager IT Infrastructure to oversee and optimize our network and server environment. The role focuses on managing Cisco networking gear, Fortinet security, Windows Server ecosystem, and disaster recovery planning.

You will lead a small IT team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure SLA compliance across on-premises infrastructure. Strong knowledge of VPNs, VLANs, VPN, PowerShell automation, and Asterisk VoIP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• 5–6 years in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet FCP or relevant Microsoft certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Cisco routers, switches, VLANs.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
• Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor infrastructure with Zabbix and troubleshoot issues.
