Job summary

K Electric Gmbh is seeking an Audit Associate to manage and perform internal audits across maintenance, operation, and OHSE areas. You will drive findings, supervise teams, and ensure compliant, well-documented reports while visiting sites as needed.

Requirements include BE/BS in Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years of auditing experience. The role involves leading audit activities within Network/Engineering departments and supporting action follow-up.

Qualifications

• BE/BS in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in auditing or internal control.
• Experience leading teams on audit assignments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise audit assignments across Maintenance & Rehabilitation, Operation & Performance Management, and OHSE.
• Lead, guide and supervise audit teams to perform activities in Network/Engineering Departments.
• Visit sites for physical inspection of jobs executed by auditee management.
• Develop audit findings, summaries, and monitor field works to ensure actions are followed.
• Review working papers and prepare draft audit observations/reports.
• Ensure reports are accurate, clear, and constructive.
• Counsel junior auditors to develop knowledge and skills.
• Perform special assignments as entrusted by DGM/DD Audit.
• Utilize AMS and related computer software effectively.

Area Of Responsibilities

• Conduct, supervising audit assignment and reviewing the control environment of internal control of Maintenance & Rehabilitation, Operation & Performance Management and OHSE of departments.
• Lead, guide and supervise Audit teams to perform Audit activities in Network / Engineering Departments
• Visit site for physical inspection of jobs executed by auditee management
• Responsible for the development of audit findings & summaries and monitoring of field works.
• Review and complete working papers and prepare draft audit observation/report.
• Responsible for follow up of audit assignments and action plan by supporting & supervising the team.
• Determining that working papers support the findings and objective are met.
• Ensuring that reports are accurate, clear, concise and Constructive.
• Evaluating performance and counselling subordinate auditors to strengthen the person’s knowledge / skills/ Developments.
• Perform special assignments, investigation entrusted by DGM /DD Audit
• Proper utilizing of computer software and implementation of AMS
