Sky47 is seeking an Assistant Manager Internal Audit to join our expanding team in Pakistan. The role involves developing and maintaining the risk-based Internal Audit Plan and performing risk assessments, control testing, data analysis and audit program execution to ensure governance and control effectiveness.

You will document procedures, prepare reports for the Head of Internal Audit, and support IT general controls, cybersecurity, data center audits, business continuity and regulatory

Qualificações

• CA with minimum 5 years total experience.
• ACCA with minimum 7 years total experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk or related internal control functions.
• Experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, business continuity or technology enabled businesses advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the risk-based Internal Audit Plan and Audit Universe.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare audit scopes, objectives and audit programs.
• Execute audits through walkthroughs, interviews, control testing, substantive procedures, data analysis and review of supporting evidence.
• Evaluate governance, risk management and internal control design and operating effectiveness.
• Document audit procedures, evidence, conclusions and findings in accordance with Internal Audit methodology.
• Identify control deficiencies and communicate condition, criteria, cause, risk/impact and agreed management action.
• Prepare audit reports, executive summaries and presentations for management and the Head of Internal Audit.
• Maintain the audit issue/action tracker and perform follow up reviews.
• Support IT general controls, cybersecurity, information security, access, change, backup/recovery, applications and technology vendor reviews.
• Support data center audits covering capacity, power, cooling, availability, physical security, SLA, maintenance and resilience.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, incident management and resilience reviews.
• Assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements, company policies and relevant standards/frameworks.
• Use data analytics and available systems/data to improve audit coverage and identify exceptions.
• Review policies, SOPs, contracts, management reports and system records to assess control effectiveness.

• Maintain relevant professional knowledge and continuing professional development.
• Perform other Internal Audit assignments as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.

What We’re Looking For:

• CA (Minimum 5 years of total experience)
• ACCA (Minimum 7 years of total experience)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk or related internal control functions. Experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, business continuity or technology enabled businesses will be an advantage.
