Job Summary

Responsible for managing institutional business operations across Pakistan, including tender documentation, payment recoveries, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The role involves analyzing market data (IQVIA, IMS), preparing monthly sales dashboards, managing IRS institute enrollment and rate revisions, and supporting Key Account Managers nationwide. It also includes handling government and army communications, product artwork coordination, institutional agreements, audit requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with distribution channels to ensure smooth order fulfillment and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange quotation/Approval letter against the tender all Pakistan Institutions. Arrange the supporting documents for tender business. Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Finance, TQM and Sales teams to for data gathering and support.
  • Prepare Earnest money recovery letters and Bank guarantees to follow up outstanding earnest money on weekly basis. Manage receivables with distributors including the DGHS, Army, Teaching Institutions & DHAs payment recoveries as per instruction from supervisor.
  • Monitor and analyze IQVIA trends as per competitive landscape to inform strategic stakeholders & to provide regular updates on market metrics, challenges, and opportunities Pan-Pakistan.
  • Analyse IMS Data on monthly basis to come up with highlighting trends in the IRS segment.
  • Responsible for preparing Monthly Institutional Sales Dashboard (PIMS Dashboard) for DDI& Export sales of HOS and KAMs to reflect on previous month’s performance. Prepare Presentations as per supervisor’s instruction or Demand Review / SOP as and when required.
  • Validating the IRS institutes enrolment as per the defined enrolment criteria and running DPS of the institutes as per process. Managing IRS Induction, sales monitoring, institutions enrolment and quarterly /biannually rates revisions.
  • Manage the communication with government officials regarding non supply of stocks, green pack exemption requests, communication with army officials for stocks, grievances of overall business.
  • Effective networking with top Distribution channels (IRS) nationwide for business expansion, satisfactory order fulfilment, payment recoveries and for future business prospects.
  • Manage all product artwork by labelling teams and arrange related queries with concerned labelling specialist through Agile network.
  • Support to all Key Account Managers Pan-Pakistan for any product, order, or recovery related query.
  • Worked on product inclusions when & where needed.
  • Responsible for preparing and managing the institutional agreements & MOUs with all stakeholders.
  • Manage audit requirement from all stake holders as per audit.
  • Manage all other tasks when assigned by the superiors.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Institutional Business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
