- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including bulk hiring for operational roles.
- Ensure timely replacement hiring on a daily basis to avoid workforce gaps.
- Support line managers with additional headcount requirements and team expansion initiatives.
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions to reduce hiring lead time.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Oversee HR filing systems, ensuring all employee records are accurately updated and securely maintained.
- Monitor and report employee attendance in coordination with relevant departments.
- Manage personal file audits and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Handle day-to-day operational HR tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- Ensure timely documentation and follow-ups related to onboarding, transfers, exits, etc.
