Overview
MBA with at least 1 years of relevant experience or MPA with at least 2 years relevant experience. Specialization in HumanResources shall be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking appropriate Organizational Development initiatives and provide active support in ensuring that the overall structure and HR strategy remain competitive in the business environment.
- Facilitate in strategies & plans for hiring and promotions in line with the current & future needs of SSGC.
- Preparing TNA & Leadership Development exercise based on output of the approved annual performance evaluation results and needs identified through OD interventions.
- Assist in preparing and updating annual succession plans and in identifying appropriate training & development needs for the designated employees.
- Conducting job evaluations exercise as and when required through in-house or external agencies, and share its results with the section head for further action.
- Assist in arranging for the HR audits from the designated outside agencies and present its report with analysis & recommendations.
- Preparation and updates of the job descriptions for SSGC workforce in line with the respective KPIs and timely ensure that these are available and understood by all concerned.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with the key stakeholders about employee conduct and disciplinary investigations.
- Assist in preparing, analyzing and reviewing the investigation reports.
- Prepare drafts for charge sheets, show cause notices and final orders with regards to disciplinary proceedings against the employee(s) concerned. Submit the drafts for review and approval by HR management.
- Coordinate and liaison with both internal and external stakeholders for employee disciplinary cases, investigations and follow-up actions. Internal stakeholders include legal department, management representative and other departments. External entities include Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Prime Minister Delivery Unit (PMDU), external legal counsel and courts.
- Provide necessary support in resolution of on-going litigation with the third party or contractual employees.
- Undertake any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Assist in managing complex HR technology projects, focusing on high quality and delivery through others even in high pressured, time critical situations.
- Perform any other task assigned by supervisor.
