Essential Pre-Requisites
  • Degree in HR
  • At least 1.5+ years of experience working as HR in mid-size or large technology or similar organization
  • Proven experience designing HR compensation plan, Recruitment, and classification.
  • Proven experience on workforce planning.
  • Proven experience on training management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Register, coordinate, and attend recruiting events (career fairs, information sessions, club meetings, and on-campus interviews)
