Job description

  • Conduct an annual assessment of the training needs for teachers and assistant teachers.
  • Through monitoring sessions, identify specific areas for professional development and customize training programs to address their individual needs and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Take charge of the Attendance Management System for the project's 300 staff members.
  • Ensure the accurate recording of attendance data and implement strategies to address any attendance-related issues promptly.
  • Issue employment contracts to the newly hired staff, ensuring the provision of clear and compliant contractual terms in accordance with relevant labor laws and project policies.
  • Generate and send monthly attendance reports to the Admin and Finance Officer.
  • Facilitate the processing of salaries based on accurate attendance records, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
  • Manage and oversee staff leaves, including the proper documentation and timely communication of leave requests.
  • Ensure replacements or covers are arranged in the concerned ECCE centers during the absence of any teacher/teaching assistant to maintain operational continuity.
  • Regularly monitor the performance of the teaching staff through assessments and feedback sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of performance metrics and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
