  • Supervise, plan, and coordinate staff activities regarding Finance & Accounting.
  • Verify GRNs, Store requisitions, Payment Vouchers, and Receipt Vouchers through ERP.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and report income and manage cash flow.

  • Supervise, plan and coordinate with staff for day to day activities with regards to Finance & Accounting.
  • Meet staff, obtain status, and follow-up on pending / aging payment issues.
  • To verify GRNs, Store requisition, Payment Voucher and Receipt Voucher through ERP.
  • To verify Master sheet of all sheets (i.e INVT, ACCT, Import/Commercial & BD).
  • Check and verify complete Receipt cases.
  • Verify all type of Payment advice.
  • Approval of weekly payments and vouchers. To check tax deductions for legal compliance
  • To check Accounts and Finance workings.
  • Carry out random Internal Audit
  • Periodically meet with ERP vendor for effective and timely implementation and progress report
  • Prepare and present Expenditure report, financial statements, Bank Reconciliation, Balance-sheet Variance and Analysis.
  • Monitor and report income, supervise cash flow and expenditure. Identify trends and develop organizational projections for annual / quarterly / monthly budgeting.
  • Supervise and check monthly Payroll.
  • Monitor and audit petty cash expenses.
