Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on DevOps experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, or related field.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automation tools: Ansible, Terraform.
• Monitoring: Zabbix, AppDynamics, ELK.
• Linux/RedHat system administration and scripting.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Assistant Manager – DevOps to assist in supporting and enhancing the Bank’s digital ecosystem through efficient DevOps practices. The role will contribute to implementing automation, managing CI/CD pipelines, and assisting in the continuous improvement of deployment processes to ensure agility, scalability, operational excellence, and compliance across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in containerization, orchestration, monitoring, and modern DevOps methodologies, while also supporting the Manager DevOps in driving innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing CI/CD pipelines for digital banking applications to ensure smooth, automated deployments.
• Support IT teams in automating and optimizing deployment processes.
• Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting application and infrastructure performance to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to implementing containerization and configuration management tools for scalability.
• Assist in researching and adopting new DevOps tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and risk management requirements.

Experience Required

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitLab, BitBucket).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, AppDynamics, ELK).
• Strong background in Linux/RedHat system administration and scripting.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
