An established industry player is seeking a skilled professional to manage corporate and secretarial affairs for companies registered with regulatory bodies. This role demands a strong understanding of compliance requirements, business registrations, and the ability to effectively navigate the complexities of corporate law. CA (Partly qualified), ICMA/ACCA/LLB, MBA/Finance
Must have complete knowledge and experience for submission of processes at SECP through both online and offline mode.
Must be completely aware of process of business registrations with FBR / Registrar of Firms and SECP and must have grip on their compliance requirements.
Handling corporate and Secretarial affairs of companies registered with SECP and other Govt. departments.
Should be aware of applicable laws on the private bodies and should be able to make the compliance of it.
Registrations / regularizations and renewal of entities with different regulatory bodies.
Must have experience of filing cases, appeals and appearing before different forums.
Must be expert in drafting letters and opinions.
Should have the competency to give turnkey solutions to projects.
