Interwood is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in Multan. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales expertise, a proven track record in furniture, interior solutions, or related industries, and the ability to build relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, strategic planning, and effective execution to expand our client base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and target new sales leads, focusing on key market categories such as corporate offices, real estate projects, and commercial clients
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate industries to expand the client network
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a business development plan focused on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Market Research & Expansion: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning
  • Industry & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, furniture solutions, customer needs, and marketing practices to enhance sales strategies
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pricing, and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and respond promptly to client inquiries


Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in the Multan region
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
