Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA) invites applications for a Laboratory Analyst. The selected candidate will contribute to NAFSA's foundational work in analytical systems and processes.

You will support analytical testing plans for pesticide formulation/residue/quality testing, ensure validated methods and QA/QC procedures are followed and documented, and assist in preparing analytical reports under supervision.

Qualifications

• BSc in Chemistry or related discipline as specified.
• Experience with analytical testing and QA/QC documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of analytical testing plans for pesticide formulation/residue/quality testing
• Assist in ensuring validated methods and QA/QC procedures are followed and documented
• Review test results and laboratory documentation and support preparation of analytical reports under supervision
• Coordinate sample receipt, testing schedules, and reporting with relevant units
• Support laboratory safety, equipment upkeep, and records management
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA's mandate

The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA's foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Support implementation of analytical testing plans for pesticide formulation/residue/quality testing

Requirements
