Job Description:
Sigma Refrigeration Limited, a leading public limited company in Lahore, Pakistan, specializes in the Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing sector. With a focus on innovation and quality, we are seeking an experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager Costing to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of Import related PO, PI & CI.
  2. Preparation of Lot wise analysis of ordering/packing with receipts of goods.
  3. Preparation of Daily Stock Movement.
  4. Calculation of Imports Landed cost and submission in ERP.
  5. Calculation of Standard Vs Actual production variance report.
  6. Updating/recording of all products BOM and Explored BOM in ERP.
  7. Ensure proper data entry of daily store movement and cost center wise production.
  8. Physical Stock Take activity (periodically), Items Reconciliation and adjustment.
  9. Recording of supplier invoice (local) based on GRN and matching with purchase/work order.
  10. Reconciliation and monitoring of supplier ledgers.
  11. Supervision of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  12. Any other task assigned by seniors.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance with Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or ICMA.
  2. Strong understanding of Cost Accounting principles and practices.
  3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in generating financial statements and journal entries.
  5. Experience using financial software/ERP systems.
