Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of HR experience
Proven experience as an accounting assistant
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., BusyWin, Tally)
Ability to operate biometric attendance systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good written and verbal communication skills
