Job summary

Weatherford in Islamabad, Pakistan, seeks an Asset and Inventory Coordinator to optimize inventory visibility, utilization, and asset recording across ERP platforms. You will coordinate with Local Ops Support to drive improvements, monitor performance, and support monthly and quarterly inventory transactions.

Responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, maintaining asset records, and analyzing KPIs to drive cost savings while ensuring safety and compliance in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Inventory and asset management in the Oilfield service industry.
• Supply Chain certification would be an advantage.
• Ability to interact in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and promote a positive safety culture.
• Configure warehouses, manage storage locations, and utilize ERP modules effectively.
• Conduct inventory counts, reclassifications, and field build processes with precision.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with product lines, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Audit assets and manage acquisitions, utilization, maintenance, and disposal.
• Maintain comprehensive records and generate reports on asset utilization and inventory levels.
• Review third-party rentals and reposition Weatherford assets to minimize loss.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and KPI analysis with corrective actions.
