About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven ASO & Play Store Growth Specialist to join our marketing team onsite. You will be responsible for the organic growth of our Android application portfolio, focusing specifically on visibility, keyword rankings, and conversion rate optimization within the Google Play Store. This is not just a "keyword" role; it is a growth engineering role that requires deep analytical skills and experimental rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ASO strategy for our Android apps, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and visual asset strategy.
• Execute continuous A/B testing via Google Play Console "Store Listing Experiments" to improve CVR.
• Monitor and report on organic performance metrics (Install volume, CVR, Keyword Rankings, and Brand vs. Non-Brand splits).
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing icons, screenshots, and feature graphics.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in App Store Optimization (ASO), specifically for Google Play.
• Proven track record of increasing organic installs through systematic testing.
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Play Console and ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, MobileAction, or Sensor Tower).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Ability to work onsite at our Bahria Town (Phase VII), Rawalpindi office.
