Job summary

CUBI IT is seeking an ASO & App Growth Manager to lead Google Ads campaigns for Android apps on Google Play, optimizing spend and growth.

You will drive user acquisition, monitor metrics like CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention, and refine Play Store listings and assets to maximize downloads and revenue.
