Responsibilities

  • Communicating with Vendors to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data in order to apply learning on vendors.
  • Acquiring new inventory on Foodpanda.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and good attention to detail.
