Job Summary:

The role of Area Manager is to manage the billing team in respective areas, develop and implement billing plans, monitor and analyze KPIs, recruit, train, and mentor team members, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with billing policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership to the Billing team in the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section, in East, West, and Central areas, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
2. Develop and implement billing plans to meet revenue targets, enhance efficiency, and adapt to the unique requirements of the industrial and commercial sectors in Karachi.
3. Monitor and analyze key billing performance indicators, proactively implementing corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and operational targets.
4. Recruit, train, and mentor team members at junior levels, including Territory Managers and other field staff for East, West, and Central areas, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce aligned with organizational goals.
5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, and build strong relationships to ensure successful billing operations.
6. Manage the budget within the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section, optimizing resources to achieve cost-effective billing operations.
7. Ensure strict adherence to company billing policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements within the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
8. Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
9. Undertake any other assignments as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
