- 1-2 years relevant work experience

- Lead the area team to meet extension, volume, and quality objectives, ensuring a balanced grade mix and pricing

- Work closely with farmers to ensure cultivation of quality produce

- Proper handling of stock to maintain quality, control infestation, reduce waste, and improve costs

- Implement budget controls through effective monitoring of crop expenses

- Lead field force in implementing Integrated Crop Management (ICM) for sustainable agriculture

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in the area
