Architecture Manager vacancy in Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
4. Review project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility, scope, and budget.
5. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in construction.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
7. Resolve issues or conflicts during the design or construction phases.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to improve processes and deliver high-quality designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in completing complex projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, methods, and techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, excluding accommodation. A biometric passport is required for international travel.
