Job summary

VertexGlobal in Khanpur is seeking an Architecture Manager to oversee design planning and construction of diverse projects. The role requires ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards.

You will manage the design process, coordinate with clients and team members, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements at site visits and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design planning and construction of various projects Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time within budget and meet the required quality standards

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the design process of various construction projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative solutions
• Develop project plans and budgets in accordance with client needs
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards
• Review project drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Manage project team members including architects engineers contractors and consultants
• Provide technical guidance to project team members
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
• Prepare regular progress reports for clients

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management role
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of building codes regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients team members and stakeholders
