Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait in Khanpur is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee the design and development of architectural projects. You will lead a team of architects and collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong leadership and communication are essential; visa sponsorship is available for this

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with a proven track record of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects in Khanpur Your role will involve leading a team of architects and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and meet all necessary codes and regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion
• Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings and plans
• Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentoring as needed
• Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress address any issues that arise and make decisions as needed
• Review project proposals and contracts to ensure compliance with client requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and building codes to continuously improve project quality
• Maintain accurate records of project details costs schedules and other important information

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with a proven track record of successfully completed projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other architectural software
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Khanpur is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines

Salary $1500 per month negotiable based on experience
