Job summary

Scalemill is seeking a Sales Development Representative - Arabic Speaker to be the front line of our sales engine. You will generate qualified leads, book meetings and help drive pipeline growth. Engage with potential customers and coordinate with account executives to move prospects through the funnel.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven sales background. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and fluent Arabic & English (written and verbal) essential
• At least two years of proven experience in a related role
• Proficient with CRMs and outreach tools, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Prospect and outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Schedule online meetings or product demos between prospects and account executives
• Coordinate calendars across different time zones and send meeting reminders
• Maintain and update CRM with lead information and next steps
• Collaborate with team leads to refine outreach strategies and messaging
