Job summary

Dubizzle Labs in Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Accountant – FinOps to strengthen the Finance Operations team. The role concentrates on Accounts Receivable activities, with backing in reconciliations and reporting, and collaboration with the UAE finance team to ensure accurate records and compliance.

Ideal candidates have ACCA exposure and 1–1.5 years in accounting, with Sage ERP and advanced Excel skills. A fast-paced environment offers growth in financial processes.

Qualifications

• ACCA student/affiliate or graduate with finance/accounting background.
• 1–1.5 years in accounting/finance operations; AR exposure preferred; Big 4 preferred.
• Familiar with ERP (Sage preferred) and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with good communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: review contracts, issue invoices, credits, and track collections.
• Process payments and post to ERP; maintain AR aging and reconciliations.
• Support monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Assist AR close, reporting, and provide schedules for audits.
• Support policy adherence and propose process improvements.
