Job summary

Dubizzle Labs in Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Accountant – FinOps to support AR activities and finance operations. You will review contracts, issue invoices and credit notes, track receivables, and post payments in the ERP system, while coordinating with the UAE finance team.

The role involves reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end close support, and reporting. ACCA student or graduate preferred; 1–1.5 years in accounting or AR exposure; familiarity with Sage and advanced MS Excel

Qualifications

• ACCA student/affiliate or finance/accounting degree.
• 1–1.5 years of accounting/finance ops experience, AR exposure preferred.
• Experience with ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Contract checks, invoicing, credit notes, collections support, payment posting, AR reconciliations.
• Finance operations: Bank reconciliations, general ledger postings, month-end close, reporting.
• Compliance & process improvement: adherence to policies, support audits, identify process improvements.
