Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years in AR/AP, billing operations, or claims processing.
• Experience with centralized billing systems and ERP is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• AR invoicing, collections, and payment application end-to-end.
• AP processing and vendor payment scheduling.
• Investigate billing disputes and claims discrepancies.
• QC reviews to ensure billing accuracy across accounts.
• Track claims to resolution with internal and external teams.
• Reconcile AR/AP sub-ledgers with general ledger.
• Support month-end close for AR/AP and reserves.
• Maintain audit-ready billing and claims documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance to resolve issues.
