Contour Software in Karachi is seeking a permanent AR and AP Analyst to join our Finance team. The role supports end-to-end accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and conducts high-level financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a accounting degree and 2+ years of experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication. Join our growing global centre in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives in AR and AP.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past due invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers to submit invoices and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute AR reports.
• Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process employee expense reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Process vendor payments on bank portals.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payments and inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute AP reports.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analyses.
