Located in Karachi, this role is a full-time night shift opportunity ideal for individuals passionate about communication, lead generation, and the tech industry.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in the company’s business development process by identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and setting up discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team. The position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-driven, and enjoys engaging with people from diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling


Leverage sales tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and HubSpot for lead management and qualification


Clearly articulate Markeltree’s digital service offerings to prospective clients


Schedule discovery calls and product demos for senior sales representatives


Maintain up-to-date records within CRM systems to track client interactions and lead statuses


Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and messaging sequences


Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies for improved results



Requirements:



1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome)


Familiarity with outbound sales practices, CRM systems, and lead-gen platforms


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Strong organizational abilities and a goal-oriented mindset


A genuine interest in technology, digital services, and customer success
