Job summary

Esire in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager Supply Chain - Apparel to plan and allocate production using ERP, publish timelines, and track progress. The role requires strong Excel and ERP knowledge, plus analytical and planning skills to manage inventory and supplier performance.

Responsibilities include forecasting fabric, monitoring QC and packing, and maintaining weekly production and dispatch reports to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in apparel/garments.
• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge, with proven ability to build tracking and reporting systems.
• Analytical and planning mindset, able to work with data.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate production in ERP based on supplier capacity.
• Set and publish production timelines and track progress in the system.
• Build and run a tracking system to surface bottlenecks and delays.
• Balance new arrivals against urgent orders and set priority.
• Forecast fabric and accessories to identify shortages before production.
• Monitor QC and packing progress and manage shipment priority.
• Manage warehouse inventory through ERP and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain weekly production, supplier utilization, on-time dispatch, and inventory reports.
