Premier NX is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support the Business Development team with ICP research, lead list building, and data cleanup. The role emphasizes building and validating lead data, creating simple dashboards in Excel/Sheets, and handling quick-turnaround data requests.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a keen eye for detail with good written English for documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, data analysis, or BD support
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• High attention to detail; comfort with repetitive QC and list-building work
• Basic understanding of ICP definition, intent data, and B2B lead qualification criteria
• Comfortable handling ad hoc requests and shifting priorities without losing data accuracy
• Good written English for documentation and team communication

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Research and define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria for target markets (US & UK)
• Build, segment, and qualify lead lists for outbound campaigns based on ICP fit, layering in intent data signals to prioritize high‑likelihood prospects
• Clean, validate, and standardize incoming lead data sets before handoff to BDEs
• Handle ad hoc data pulls and quick‑turnaround requests from BD/leadership (one‑off lists, market cuts, campaign‑specific exports)
• Build and update simple reports/dashboards in Excel or Sheets for BD reviews
• Run quality control passes on lead data and flag gaps to the CRM & Data Operations Lead
