Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking an Analyst – DFS Reconciliation to ensure accurate daily reconciliation of digital transactions, RAAST, wallets, and IBFT, and to support interbank settlements.

You will match GL balances with bank statements, investigate discrepancies, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with IT, Treasury, and partners to resolve issues, contributing to timely month-end closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Fintech, or related field, with emphasis on financial reconciliation.
• Professional certifications (ACCA/CA Foundation/Inter) are a plus for progression.
• Experience with digital transaction reconciliations and settlement processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of digital transaction pipelines including RAAST, wallets, gateways, and IBFT.
• Match GL balances with bank statements and partner accounts.
• Investigate unreconciled entries, chargebacks, discrepancies, and suspense balances.
• Monitor aging entries and identify financial, operational, or liquidity risks.
• Support month-end closing by verifying and preparing settlement entries for digital clearing GLs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on outstanding positions and aging analysis.
• Coordinate with IT, Treasury, and external digital partners to resolve issues and system errors.
• Ensure reconciliation activities are completed accurately within defined timelines.
