We are looking for an Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business. Position: Amazon Virtual Assistant

Location: FB Area (Karachi)
Employment Type: Full-Time - On Site

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  2. Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions.
  3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
  4. Assist with Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and analyze performance.
  5. Perform market research to help identify trends and new product opportunities.
  6. Track and report on sales performance and assist in improving conversion rates.
  7. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
  8. Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its tools (inventory management, FBA, PPC, etc.).
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  6. Basic knowledge of keyword research and product listing optimization.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  8. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer service issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Amazon FBA and third-party software (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10) and other e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, eBay, etc.
  2. Knowledge of Amazon SEO and A+ Content creation.
  3. Previous experience with social media management or content creation is a plus.
