Job description

To pursue and follow up technical sales and support of Switchgear, Automation, Control & Instrumentation products to assigned group of industries, projects, clients within Faisalabad city.

• Responsible for technical sales and solution, study the technical literatures and present solutions according to client needs and requirements.
• Perform vigorous follow-ups on sales with visiting customers and submit reports on success and failure of the sales activities.
• Check the availability of stocks before finalizing or commitment of orders.
• Discuss trade discounts with the supervisor before finalizing deal / transactions.
• Prepare delivery challans and coordinate with dispatch department for swift delivery.
• Discuss technical problems with supervisor.
• Assist supervisor to provide focused sales to the selected customers via in-house training, presentation / orientation with displaying of products.
• Coordinate with marketing department for presentation on products and after support.
• Support and assist marketing department in conducting seminar and other sales promotion activities.
• Maintain and update data base of customers assigned.
• Assist supervisor in completing and updating the customer database regularly.
• Submit market reports and feedback to supervisor, as needed.
• Proper follow-ups being made on aging schedule. Provide updates on weekly basis to supervisor / commercial department.
• Ensure that outstanding amount is clear or at reasonable level before delivery of goods to respective customer. If any deviation found, discuss with the supervisor.
• The candidate should have strong knowledge of the Faisalabad industrial, project, and dealer market, along with established market connections and relationships.

Qualification

• Education: BSC, Electrical Engineering from any accredited university (Mandatory).

Experience

• 4-6 years in technical sales or project sales of electrical power products.
