Waterlink Group of Companies is hiring an experienced Air Freight Specialist.



Key Responsibilities:


Manage and coordinate air freight shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery.
Ensure compliance with air freight regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
Negotiate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to secure competitive rates and services.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and operations teams




Requirements:


Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Air Freight Import department.
Strong knowledge of air freight regulations and logistics management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
