Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or Computer Engineering.
• Recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning and data science concepts.
• Basic programming ability, preferably in Python, and familiarity with data analysis/visualisation tools.
• Enthusiastic about learning new AI technologies in a fast-moving banking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior technologists on AI, ML, Data Science and Generative AI projects.
• Help create AI-driven solutions to boost banking functions such as customer experience, workflow automation, risk mitigation and decision support.
• Assist in data gathering, cleaning, analysis and visualization to supply quality inputs for AI models.
• Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes that showcase AI and automation possibilities.
• Work closely with technology, digital banking, operations, risk, compliance and business teams to align AI work with corporate objectives.
• Support the testing, validation and refinement of AI algorithms to ensure reliability.
• Research emerging AI tools and trends relevant to the banking sector.
• Take part in hackathons, innovation challenges and AI learning programs.
• Prepare clear documentation, presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure all AI activities follow the bank’s data privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
