Job summary

HBL invites trainees to participate in AI, ML, data science, and Generative AI projects under senior guidance. You will assist in building AI-powered solutions to enhance customer experience, improve efficiency, and manage risk. The role involves data collection, analysis, PoCs, and collaboration with multiple business units.

Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience will gain hands-on exposure to Python, cloud AI services, and governance practices in a banking context.

Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and data science fundamentals
• Familiarity with Python programming and scripting
• Understanding of data collection, cleansing and visualization
• Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI principles

Responsibilities

• Participate in AI, ML, DS, and Generative AI projects under guidance.
• Assist in developing AI-powered solutions to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Support data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization tasks.
• Develop POCs and prototypes using AI and automation techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Technology, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Assist in developing and testing AI models and algorithms.
• Research emerging AI trends and tools applicable to banking.
• Participate in hackathons and AI-focused learning programs.
• Prepare project documentation and findings for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.

• Assist in developing AI-powered solutions to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and decision-making processes.
• Support data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization activities.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes using AI and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business units.
• Assist in the development and testing of AI models and algorithms.
• Conduct research on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies applicable to banking.
• Participate in hackathons, innovation initiatives, and AI-focused learning programs.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and findings for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to the Bank's data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
