Job summary

VIDIZMO is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Engineer to join its Sales team, bridging product, engineering, and sales to translate AI capabilities into business value. You will run demos that win deals and help the sales team sell smarter.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll understand customer pain points, tailor solutions using VIDIZMO’s platform and AI services, and enable the broader team with training and reusable demo assets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a customer-facing solutions, pre-sales, or technical consulting role (SaaS or enterprise software preferred).
• Hands-on exposure to video management systems, digital evidence management, or enterprise cloud solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with at least one AI domain — computer vision, audio/speech processing, LLMs, or chatbot platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical and domain expert in customer meetings, addressing functional and technical questions with credibility.
• Deliver live and recorded demos of VIDIZMO's AI solutions that speak to real-world use cases and build pipeline.
• Support sales collateral, RFPs, and proposal responses, sharpening our pitch and discovery approach.
